Magnolia Springs at Bridgewater is looking for a part time, front desk receptionist to join our team!  The hours are: 1-2 evening per week from 4pm-8pm and every other Saturday and Sunday from 10am-6pm.  There may be additional hours to pick up dependent upon availability.

Job duties include:

  • Answering all incoming calls, taking messages, and forwarding phone calls to appropriate party.
  • Greeting guests, residents, vendors, etc. in person on the telephone in a wam and professional manner.
  • Accept packages and notify recipient of delivery.
  • Maintain visitor sign-in sheets.
  • Prepare work orders for maintenance when needed.
  • Ensure lobby is neat and clean.
  • Assembling marketing brochures/materials.
  • Complete various misc. tasks.
